Apple Watch Series 7 to get new Watch Faces

A new report from Mark Gurman suggests that The Series 7 Apple Watch will get new faces (and more!).

In his latest Power On newsletter, Mark Gurman supports the latest rumors that thanks to the smaller bezels and flat-edged design, the upcoming Apple Watch will get larger case sizes.

He has said that this year’s watch sizes will increase from 40mm & 44mm to 41mm & 45mm. He is told that Apple will take advantage of the bigger by adding multiple new watch faces, including an updated Infograph Modular face. And the second time Apple increased watch sizes since 2018.

He has also said in his newsletter that Tim Cook wants to stick around for one more major new product category, likely to be the Apple Glasses rather than a Car. He then reiterates that Apple plans for a mixed reality headset for next year. And he speculates that Tim Cook will likely retire between 2025 (by the time the Apple Glasses gets released) and 2028, as he has this pay deal that will run out in 2025.
